How do we determine shipping costs?
Shipping costs are mainly determined by the package's weight, size, travel distance, and speed of delivery. This cost will be calculated and shown to you at the time of checkout.
How can I keep track of my order?
You'll receive an email confirmation with your order number soon after you place your order. Once your order is on its way, we'll send you the tracking details. Please allow a little time for the tracking information to become current.
Can you provide an update on my shipment or give me further details?
To get an update on your shipment, you'll need to use the tracking number provided by the carrier. Just enter this number on the carrier's website or app to view the current status and location of your package. If you need more detailed information or if there's an issue with the tracking, it's best to contact the carrier directly for assistance.
